Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager - Offshore Wind (ESI)

About the Role

Join a leading global player to drive the success of a major North Sea offshore wind project. As a Procurement & Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Electrical Systems Infrastructure (ESI) packages, bridging the gap between technical excellence and commercial robustness.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development, drafting, and coordination of complex contracts specifically for ESI packages.
• Act as a key liaison between engineering, legal, and commercial teams to ensure absolute contractual accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including supplier selection and rigorous bid evaluation.
• Ensure seamless alignment between technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage commercial risks and potential contractual disputes.
• Oversee contract administration and maintain high-level continuous engagement with key suppliers.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in contract management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Deep expertise in standard contractual frameworks such as NEC or FIDIC.
• Strong background supporting technical or engineering-driven project environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to navigate and manage highly complex documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in offshore wind or large-scale energy infrastructure is highly desirable.
