Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager – WTG (Offshore Wind)

About the Role

Join a leading force in the renewable energy sector to support a major offshore wind project in the North Sea. As a Procurement & Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) packages, ensuring strategic sourcing and commercial excellence in a high-stakes environment.

Main Missions

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities specifically for WTG packages.
• Drive complex negotiations with suppliers and manage the contract award processes.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with critical project milestones.
• Evaluate supplier proposals to ensure maximum commercial competitiveness and value for money.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks to protect project interests.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in procurement and commercial management within large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience negotiating high-value contracts with major OEMs and global suppliers.
• Strong command of contractual frameworks such as NEC or FIDIC.
• Prior experience with Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) or heavy industrial equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
