Senior Product Designer

About the role

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Payment Services team. You will work in a cross‑functional squad, shaping the experience of banking products that enable small businesses to receive, send and store funds worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering and research colleagues throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Design engaging, high‑quality experiences for both mobile and web platforms, moving concepts from low‑fidelity prototypes to polished mock‑ups.
• Conduct user research, analyse usage data and synthesize insights to deeply understand member needs.
• Estimate design effort, track progress against OKRs and measure the impact of design on member experience.
• Collaborate with the broader Design practice to ensure consistency and excellence across the product suite.
• Utilise and contribute to the Tide Design System to maintain a world‑class, cohesive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design work.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment.
