Senior Project Manager – Construction (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑quality construction projects across London and the South‑East. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery, working within a collaborative, relationship‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects valued between £3m and £20m, including refurbishments, conversions, extensions and heritage works.
• Develop and maintain detailed programmes, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on support when required while maintaining overall project oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering London‑based construction projects of £3m–£20m.
• Strong background in refurbishment, conversion, extension or restructuring projects.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and solid programme management capability.
• Leadership skills with a willingness to stay hands‑on.
