Senior Project Manager – FOApps

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex compliance‑technology initiatives within Global Technology, acting as the bridge between compliance, legal, business and technical teams. The role covers the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation and operational handover.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and deliver compliance technology projects, managing scope, milestones, budgets and change control.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business, compliance, legal, product, architecture, engineering, testing and operations.
• Maintain project governance with RAID management, delivery reporting, financial tracking and escalation routes.
• Support agile and hybrid delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, test coordination and release readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, especially in compliance, risk, regulatory or legal environments.
• Strong understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle and ability to work with agile or hybrid methodologies.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies (scrum, sprint planning, backlog management).
• Project management techniques for scope, risk, RAID and governance.
