Senior Project Manager – Global Distribution Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver strategic and value‑add distribution projects across CooperVision’s global network. Working within the Global Distribution PMO, you will coordinate multi‑site initiatives, align with key accounts and internal functions, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Work with key account and internal representatives to capture and document customer needs, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s VMOST.
• Identify and allocate resources for complex, high‑value projects spanning multiple sites and countries, managing timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Lead steering‑committee meetings, prepare project documentation (Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and enforce PMO methodology and governance.
• Collaborate with other project managers on dependencies, issue resolution and schedule integration.
• Act as delegate for the Director, making decisions and representing the function as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of cross‑functional project management experience in distribution or logistics environments.
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple functions, sites and countries, preferably in the healthcare or contact‑lens industry.
• Project Management Professional certification, Agile training and exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
