Inventory Admin Operator Level 3 – Trainer (Night Shift)

About the role

This is a hybrid operational and training position supporting the Delta Park and Mountpark sites. Working the C night shift (10 pm – 6 am, Sunday‑Thursday), you will act as a subject‑matter expert, handling complex inventory tasks while coaching junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Operate autonomously across all plant areas, managing the most complex inventory processes.
• Provide Team Leader cover during absences and support senior staff.
• Troubleshoot process issues using ERP, WMS, WCS and Tableau.
• Deliver competency‑based training, maintain training records, and update operators on changes.
• Promote health and safety, ensuring safe use of machinery, lift trucks and manual handling equipment.
• Act as a reference for system issues and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably at Level 3.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and provide guidance to colleagues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
