About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of global brand tracking and consumer research programmes for leading international brands. This position sits at the intersection of client services, project management, and research operations within a fast‑growing insights and analytics business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of research and brand tracking projects.
- Oversee survey setup, fieldwork, quality assurance, and reporting delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and provide proactive support.
- Monitor data quality and optimise operational processes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, product, and operations teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quantitative project management, operations, client services, or research delivery.
- Background in market research, consumer insights, or survey‑based environments.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
