Senior Project Manager – Steel Door & Hardware Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level project manager with deep expertise in steel doors and hardware to lead our regional growth. The role combines hands‑on estimating, construction management and business development to build a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate bids, take‑offs and RFQ/RFP proposals for commercial and residential projects, reviewing architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Conduct value‑engineering analysis, solicit subcontractor pricing and support tender submissions and post‑tender activities.
• Lead project meetings, site visits and oversee scheduling, procurement and field‑worker coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with general contractors to meet milestones, manage documentation and billing.
• Drive commercial expansion by developing the client portfolio and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise daily operations including logistics, inventory, regulatory compliance and facility safety.
• Assist in contract preparation and lead negotiations for changes and additions as the business scales.

Required profile

• Expert‑level knowledge of hollow‑metal doors, frames and architectural hardware, including fire‑rating and life‑safety code requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and lead a regional presence.
• Strong technical literacy for reviewing and identifying discrepancies in construction documents.
