Senior Project Manager – Ultra-Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an ultra‑luxury residential and mixed‑use development in London. This high‑profile, design‑led project sets new benchmarks for luxury living and requires a professional who can manage the full project lifecycle while preserving design integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.
• Drive design management across architecture, interiors and technical delivery.
• Support planning strategy, procurement and contractor appointments.
• Oversee programme management and project reporting.
• Work closely with cost consultants on budgets, value engineering and commercial performance.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards across construction and fit‑out.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across client, design and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Background in architecture with 3–4 years of architectural experience before moving into project management.
• Experience delivering projects cradle to grave.
• Exposure to ultra‑prime residential, luxury hospitality or high‑end mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of design management and technical delivery.
• Familiarity with RIBA stages, procurement routes and construction delivery.
• Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for architecture, design quality and luxury developments.
