Senior Residential Property Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years of post‑qualification experience to join our Chatham office. The role offers flexible home working and involves the full spectrum of residential property work, playing a central part in expanding our presence in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase transactions for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Manage new‑build purchases, ownership transfers, lease extensions and re‑mortgages.
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives to grow the residential real‑estate practice in Chatham.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law.
• Experience representing both homeowners and investors, preferably within the Kent market.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to add value to the practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with strong organisational abilities.
