We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury ready‑to‑wear boutique in Mayfair, London. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through personalized clienteling.
• Identify sales opportunities and maximise revenue on each client interaction.
• Deliver a luxury experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and standards.
• Proactively engage existing and prospective clients via appointments, outreach and follow‑ups.
• Support the boutique team in achieving sales targets and upholding visual and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury fashion or accessories retail.
• Strong track record of personal sales results.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Polished, confident, consultative sales approach.
