Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, is expanding its Managed Services team. They need a Senior Salesforce Administrator who can blend deep technical expertise with strong customer interaction to support an established portfolio of UK clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce administration and technical support for multiple customers.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve support issues within agreed SLAs.
• Manage support requests from initial investigation through implementation and closure.
• Configure objects, fields, flows, permissions and other platform functionality.
• Deliver small‑scale development and configuration requests.

Required profile

• Significant commercial experience in Salesforce administration and support.
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio/OmniScript.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
