Senior Site Manager – Civil or Mechanical (Water Treatment)

About the Role

Join a leading specialist contractor renowned for technical excellence and the delivery of complex wastewater treatment projects. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a Civil or Mechanical background to spearhead on-site operations and ensure the successful delivery of high-value infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and site protocols.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality control to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Site Manager within Civil Engineering or Mechanical Installation.
• Strong experience in utilities, water, or wastewater treatment sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage complex environments and diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must hold a valid SMSTS certification (or equivalent).
