About the role
Talan is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Director to lead the delivery of marketing programmes for key clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate client needs into actionable plans, and ensure high‑quality outcomes that align with commercial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Define marketing strategies, success metrics, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across squads.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs, delivery plans and priorities.
- Track progress, risks and dependencies, using insights and analytics to optimise campaigns.
- Maintain documentation, reporting and delivery governance.
- Support proposal development and new opportunity shaping with a strategic lens.
- Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, growth and delivery excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior account management or strategic marketing roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
