Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst – Seller Experience (EMEA)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s Business Planning & Operations team as a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst focused on Seller Experience across the EMEA region. You will drive sustainable growth by balancing operating efficiency, merchant experience, and governance health, ensuring long‑term merchant retention and high‑quality GMV expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Map the end‑to‑end merchant journey (Onboarding → Listing → Fulfillment → Marketing → After‑sales) to identify localized bottlenecks and implement optimisation strategies.
• Monitor and enhance merchant satisfaction and platform sentiment using data‑driven insights across diverse European markets.
• Lead cross‑functional governance, coordinating Compliance, Logistics, Category Management and other stakeholders to streamline merchant policies and workflows.
• Execute high‑stakes strategic projects for key accounts or high‑risk merchant segments, aligning with European market standards.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on success and failure cases, building structured frameworks and best practices for the region.
• Establish and facilitate monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) to iterate on merchant‑facing processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in strategic analysis, e‑commerce operations, project management or platform governance.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities with a solid understanding of e‑commerce ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design and execute complex strategic initiatives independently.
• Fluent English (working language of the company).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data extraction, cleaning, modelling and analysis.
