Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer to join our growing UK team. The role involves delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across new‑build superstructures and complex sub‑structure assessments while supporting the expansion of our practice.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out structural inspections, condition assessments, and technical design audits.
• Review and appraise structural risks across a wide range of building projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery and attend client and design team meetings.
• Produce clear, high‑quality technical reports.
• Stay up to date with developments in structural engineering standards and best practice.
• Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in civil and structural engineering.
• Experience in structural inspections and structural design.
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design to British Standards and Eurocodes.
• High‑rise building design experience (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and technical report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Passion for engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
