Senior Supplier & Performance Manager – Ecommerce & Platforms

About the role

British Airways is seeking a Senior Supplier & Performance Manager to join the Ecommerce & Platforms leadership community. The role is responsible for establishing and leading supplier governance, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and performance frameworks across the E&P directorate, ensuring strategic suppliers deliver maximum value, innovation and compliance across key digital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead supplier governance across E&P by designing a consistent operating model, standards and review cadence.
• Own strategic SRM for all key E&P suppliers, building senior‑level relationships to influence outcomes and long‑term value.
• Drive supplier performance and commercial outcomes, ensuring contractual commitments, KPIs and service levels are met.
• Provide performance insight, risk management and remediation through dashboards, governance forums and improvement plans.
• Oversee supplier risk, compliance and assurance across security, privacy, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Influence senior leaders and embed best‑practice supplier management and performance monitoring across delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills with senior‑level influence.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
• Clear, confident communicator producing leadership‑ready insights and recommendations.
