Senior Technology Architect – Azure Integration Services

About the role

The Senior Technology Architect – Azure Integration Services will design, govern and implement enterprise‑wide integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will ensure that integrations are scalable, secure, resilient and reusable across cloud, on‑premises, SaaS and partner ecosystems while aligning with business and enterprise architecture goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver integration architectures that connect multiple lines‑of‑business systems, both on‑prem and cloud‑based.
• Set up and configure Azure Integration Services environments, On‑Premises Data Gateways, ExpressRoute connections and resource‑group structures.
• Establish and enforce best‑practice, standards and governance models for iPaaS‑based solutions.
• Define solution designs focused on runtime efficiency, cost optimisation and Azure pricing models.
• Work across Azure compute, storage, networking and developer tools to implement end‑to‑end integrations.
• Apply architectural design patterns, performance tuning and database concepts within Azure.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Data Factory and Databricks.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep templates and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Configure monitoring and operational health using Azure monitoring services.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale integration solutions on Azure.
• Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services pricing, cost‑optimization and governance.
• Hands‑on expertise with a broad range of Azure services and cloud‑native architectural patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code and automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
