About the Role

Join a dynamic environment as a Senior Transport Manager to oversee and optimize daily logistics operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery processes while leading a dedicated team toward operational excellence and high-performance standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the transport team to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with WTD (Working Time Directive) and European driving hours regulations.
• Maintain Operator License (O License) compliance, including service scheduling and defect reporting.
• Promote and uphold a robust Health & Safety culture across all activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage third-party carriers and control operational costs effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
• Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a Transport Management or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in transport regulations (WTD, EU driving hours, and O License compliance).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large operational teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and KPI tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail regarding compliance and safety.
