Senior Vice President – Digital Asset Payment Product Manager (UK & Europe)

About the role

Citi is looking for a senior leader to shape its Digital Asset Payments offering across the UK and Europe. You will drive product strategy, innovation and execution for stable‑coin acceptance and fiat‑to‑digital‑asset payouts, working closely with global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the UK and EU product strategy for digital‑asset payments, including C2B, B2C and B2B stablecoin acceptance and fiat‑to‑digital‑asset payouts.
• Influence long‑term strategic direction and investment allocation in partnership with global digital‑asset and regional payments teams.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU laws, regulations and AML frameworks, applying sound ethical judgment and transparent control management.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution, including regulatory readiness and superior customer experience.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and act as a champion for the product both internally and externally.
• Oversee P&L performance for the digital‑asset payment portfolio.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of global payments and digital‑asset ecosystems.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering product strategy and roadmap.
• Proven ability to navigate regulatory environments and AML requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
