Senior Vice President – Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Manager

About the role

Citi is seeking a senior leader to head the Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture group. Reporting to the Product Technology Chief Information Office, you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of Loan IQ and related tools across EMEA/APAC and global interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10+ solution architects and business analysts.
• Oversee design and implementation of strategic system capabilities and information‑architecture frameworks.
• Lead architecture design for Loan IQ and ancillary applications, ensuring scalability, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Own Loan IQ data, design artifacts and drive data‑driven technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets and Risk stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Control resources, policy formulation, budgeting and full people‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Loan IQ and wholesale lending technology.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams in a global banking environment.
• Strong communication skills for senior internal and occasional external negotiations.
• Demonstrated expertise in aligning technology solutions with architecture strategy while balancing cost, performance and control.
