Senior/Lead Mobile Developer – iOS or Android

About the role

We are a growing digital consultancy seeking a Senior/Lead Mobile Developer to join our Software Engineering practice at Lead Consultant level. This hands‑on leadership role will work across multidisciplinary teams delivering transformative mobile solutions for public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of complex native and cross‑platform mobile applications.
• Drive modern architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Make technology decisions across Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android) and Flutter/Dart solutions.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers and champion best practices in security, accessibility, offline capability and store compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust mobile products.
• Support bids and proposals by articulating mobile strategy and technical direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Mobile Engineer delivering complex applications.
• Strong native development expertise in either Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Hands‑on experience with Flutter/Dart and cross‑platform state management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
