Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Lynx Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a fast‑growing technology consultancy. You will oversee the delivery of a large‑scale, business‑critical digital platform, ensuring operational excellence and acting as the bridge between technical teams and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead service reviews, reporting and governance meetings.
• Ensure ITIL processes – Incident, Problem and Change Management – are followed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for service‑related issues.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple internal teams and external suppliers.
• Drive continuous service improvement using operational data and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager in a managed‑services environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
• Experience managing business‑critical services and multi‑vendor environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of SLA/KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
