Site Electrical Supervisor - Electrical Appointed Person

As a Site Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works across multiple high-scale projects.

Main Missions

• Supervise and deliver electrical works safely, ensuring full compliance with safety rules, statutory regulations, and internal procedures.
• Act as the Electrical Appointed Person, managing permits, isolations, and strict adherence to electrical safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Construction Manager and delivery teams to align project goals.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of electricians, electrical supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan and allocate daily workloads, conduct site inspections, and lead safety briefings.
• Monitor daily progress and manage the performance of subcontractors and commissioning engineers.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital tools to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in electrical supervision within a large-scale construction or utility environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical safety management and the ability to act as an Appointed Person.
• Strong leadership skills with a trackable history of managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-partner alliance environment.
