Site Manager (DNO/Substation)

About the role

This hands‑on Site Manager position will be based primarily in the West Midlands, with occasional stay‑away assignments across the UK. You will oversee electrical wiring activities on multiple DNO/substation sites, produce progress reports and keep senior management informed of project status.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate wiring work on various high‑voltage sites.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit detailed site reports to the wider management team.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Travel to stay‑away locations as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DNO environments, substations or high‑voltage electrical projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and make on‑site decisions.
