Social Media Content Creator – Sizzling Pubs

About the role

We are looking for a creative, social‑first Content Creator to bring the Sizzling Pubs brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The role is mobile, with regular travel to pubs across the UK to capture on‑site content and support local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging organic and paid social content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Capture video, photography and social assets at pubs, events and brand activations.
• Develop social‑first campaign concepts that drive engagement, footfall and sales.
• Identify trends, cultural moments and emerging platform opportunities.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships and support local teams with social coaching.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
• Monitor community interaction, respond to customers and analyse performance insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content for major social media platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how social drives business results.
• Confidence working with influencers, creators and multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a busy schedule.
• Passion for food, drink, hospitality and creating great content.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
