Software Developer – Cardinus Risk Management

About the role

As a member of the Development team at Cardinus Risk Management, you will design, build, and document software solutions for our health, safety, ergonomics, and security risk management products. You will ensure that each project meets the agreed specifications and passes rigorous testing before release.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software solutions based on detailed project specifications.
• Produce and maintain documentation for allocated products and projects.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager, Business Analysts, and other team members to clarify design requirements.
• Execute testing procedures and follow approval processes to guarantee quality releases.
• Gain deep product knowledge of Cardinus offerings and document typical customer tasks.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Cardinus risk‑management products and their technical architecture.
• Ability to document regular customer workflows and align development work with real‑world usage.
• Willingness to work closely with senior team members to adopt best software practices.
