Software Engineer, Agent (French speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Software Engineer to design, build and ship production‑grade AI agents that power customer‑facing experiences for large enterprises and fast‑moving startups. You will own the full Agent Development Life Cycle, from pilot to continuous iteration, and work closely with customers to translate business challenges into reliable, high‑performing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable AI agents that run in production across finance, healthcare and commerce.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) with end‑to‑end ownership, defining best practices.
• Partner with enterprise leaders and innovative startups to understand requirements and embed AI agents throughout their stacks.
• Shape Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools and collaborating with research and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving ability in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency and creativity.
• Comfort working directly with customers to solve real‑world problems.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.
