Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions for a partner in the energy sector. You will work closely with tech leads and cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions.
• Collaborate with tech leads to align team priorities with the organization’s broader strategy.
• Work with other engineering teams to adapt and integrate their solutions.
• Write production‑ready code in languages such as C#, Python, Java, or Go, and learn new technologies as needed.
• Implement and deliver platform changes in a timely and reliable manner.
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for repeatable releases.

Required profile

• Experience as a Software Engineer on production systems with growing technical ownership.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills for engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Practical experience designing and working with relational databases and data models.
• Proficiency in at least one high‑level programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Understanding of secure software development principles and their application.
