Solution Architect – Enterprise SaaS Implementation

About the role

Certa is an AI‑first third‑party operating system seeking a Solution Architect to lead functional implementation of its no‑code platform for enterprise clients. You will translate complex TPRM and procurement requirements into scalable solutions and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design for Certa implementations, translating client TPRM frameworks and risk processes into scalable configurations.
• Design and build workflow automation, intake forms, approval routing, risk scoring models, reporting, and integration patterns (APIs, SSO/SAML, ERPs, GRC tools, procurement systems) to ensure on‑time go‑live.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions across procurement, compliance, legal, IT, and risk, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage client expectations around scope, feasibility, and trade‑offs, producing solution documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Mentor junior Implementation Consultants and contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in TPRM, vendor/supplier management, procurement, GRC, or supply chain operations, with knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or DORA.
• 3+ years hands‑on implementation consulting delivering enterprise SaaS or workflow automation, leading full‑cycle implementations.
• Exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, highly organized and self‑directed in a fast‑paced remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Configuring no‑code/low‑code workflow or BPM platforms (Certa, Appian, Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Integration patterns: REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, data import/export; ability to read JSON/XML.
• Familiarity with TPRM/procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust) and project documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
