Sous Chef – Notting Hill (Portobello Road)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at our Notting Hill location on Portobello Road. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high standards of food quality, safety and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing and developing the kitchen team.
• Run service and pass, ensuring smooth operation during busy periods.
• Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Support recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct kitchen audits and manage stock and COGS.
• Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
