About the role

Join ClaimSorted, an AI‑native third‑party administrator transforming insurance claims, as a Special Projects Associate. You will work directly with the founders to shape day‑to‑day operations, hiring processes, and internal communications in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the daily operating cadence, processes and tools that keep the team coordinated as the company scales.
• Own the end‑to‑end candidate and employee experience, building systems that maintain high standards.
• Set the tone for internal and external communications, including voice, templates and response times.
• Act as the first filter in the hiring pipeline by conducting screening calls and curating founder shortlists.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment across projects.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience organising people and juggling priorities in a startup, accelerator, consulting, VC or similar environment.
• Ability to hold multiple priorities simultaneously and identify the most urgent tasks.
• Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on improvement rather than mere adoption.
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick rapport building.
• Excellent written communication, as much of the role involves drafting company‑wide messaging.
