HR Advisor – Part‑Time (30 hrs/week)

About the role

The HR Advisor will join a growing HR team at Health Innovation KSS, providing professional, proactive HR services on a part‑time, hybrid basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role is the first point of escalation for employee‑relations matters and supports managers across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage employee‑relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances and absence management.
• Coach and advise line managers on people‑management, performance, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
• Oversee HR operational activities such as recruitment, payroll data handling, record audits and compliance monitoring.
• Produce HR reports, workforce analytics and dashboards to inform senior decision‑making.
• Lead medium‑scale HR projects, continuous‑improvement initiatives and support organisational change programmes.
• Develop and coordinate Employee Resource Groups and wellbeing initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience; CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable.
• Significant experience in a generalist HR role, including employee‑relations case management and payroll support.
• Proven ability to coach managers, produce HR analytics and facilitate training sessions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and familiarity with GDPR and data‑protection requirements.
