Sponsorship Sales Manager – Tech & Finance Events (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to grow the sponsorship division of an innovative events and think‑tank business focused on technology and finance. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our Sussex or London office.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and close new sponsorship business for virtual, digital and face‑to‑face events.
• Maximise revenue from both new and existing sponsors.
• Build, nurture and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Understand client needs and create bespoke sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and achieve agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven success in sponsorship sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable contacting senior‑level executives and negotiating contracts.
• Positive, ambitious, energetic team player eager to develop.
