About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Management Trainee to join our Manchester office. The role provides a blend of theoretical learning and hands‑on experience across business, sales, people management and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and support day‑to‑day business operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities.
• Observe and learn from experienced team members.
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes.
• Take detailed notes on processes and liaise with managers and senior staff.
• Assist staff in achieving sales targets.
• Travel to different offices and support daily operations as required.
