About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead a flagship premium fashion store in London. You will be the central figure ensuring the brand’s heritage shines through every client interaction while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team of 40+ staff members.
• Develop and execute innovative CRM and client‑eling strategies for VIP customers.
• Design and implement sales plans that exceed ambitious targets.
• Introduce fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant in a competitive market.
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory and people management.
• Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint reflects premium positioning.
