Store Manager – Retail Operations (Relocation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail outlet and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves full relocation to an island within the British Isles, offering a unique environment to apply your leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and lead the team to meet sales targets.
• Communicate brand strategy, motivate staff, and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Maintain financial control, cash handling, stock accuracy and compliance with health & safety legislation.
• Drive promotional activities, peak‑trading plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage performance of team members.
• Monitor and reduce stock loss, theft and operational discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a retail or food‑service environment.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Strong time‑management and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Demonstrated financial awareness with a track record of delivering results.
