Strategist, Agent Development (Arabic speaking)

About the role

The Agent Development Strategist will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI agents for Sierra’s enterprise customers, turning high‑stakes business problems into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering and customer teams, translating business goals into high‑performing conversational agents and iterating continuously in production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope and conversation design through launch and continuous iteration.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategy to meet business objectives.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track.
• Surface unmet customer needs and feed them back to product and research to influence future roadmap.

Required profile

• Customer obsession with a genuine energy for front‑line engagement.
• Clear, direct, persuasive communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving in ambiguous environments, strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Technical aptitude to engage with APIs, data models and system architecture.
• Ownership and delivery track record of multiple high‑visibility projects.

Required skills

• Reading and using API documentation.
• Data modeling and system architecture understanding.
• AI/LLM agent development, including evaluation frameworks.
• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Prompt engineering for conversational agents.
