Strategy & Execution Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy & Execution Associate to join our growing London team. You will work directly with clients from day one, helping to shape and deliver strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own key client deliverables, prepare client‑facing presentations and status reports.
• Conduct data analyses to define client needs and supervise research activities.
• Lead primary and secondary research, facilitate workshops and formulate research hypotheses.
• Perform advanced analysis of client, competitor and industry data.
• Apply consulting skills and commercial awareness to develop strategies, business cases and implementation plans.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Right to work in the UK, preferably based near London.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree from a leading university with strong academic results.
• Solid business acumen, especially an affinity with finance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to break down problems and develop recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and guide teams.
