Seasonal Sales Assistant – Christmas (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the busy festive season. As a Sales Assistant you will deliver outstanding customer service, showcase our products, and create a memorable experience for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Make customers feel like VIPs with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Become a product expert and help shoppers choose the perfect items.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and keep the floor fun.
• Create eye‑catching visual displays and maintain a tidy shop floor.
• Restock shelves and ensure inventory is ready for customers.
• Keep the store clean and inviting.
• Handle cash and card transactions with a smile.
• Answer customer queries, resolve issues and provide personalised advice.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Full weekend availability and flexible weekdays (minimum three days).
• Team‑player attitude, eager to support colleagues and contribute to store targets.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, upbeat demeanor.
