Strategy & Execution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & Execution Manager to join Metyis’s growing Strategy and Execution team in London. The role offers direct responsibility for workstreams, client interaction from day‑one, and the chance to shape projects from inception through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more workstreams, identifying, assessing and evaluating project ideas.
• Prepare communications such as workshops and presentations for senior executives.
• Manage client relationships and lead project delivery.
• Guide and support junior colleagues in their tasks.
• Travel as required by project needs.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic results.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong business acumen.
• Analytical mindset with ability to develop hypotheses and recommendations from data.
• Fluent English and right to work in the UK.
