Subsidence Claims Technician (Property)

About the role

We are seeking a Subsidence Claims Technician to join the Property TPA Division of a leading claims management provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of subsidence property claims from initial report through to settlement, delivering a high level of customer service to policyholders, insurers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage subsidence claims to meet client‑specific service level agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with insurers, policyholders, contractors and the national field adjuster team.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports, including analysis and settlement recommendations.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and filed in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor claim progress and intervene to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience handling property or subsidence claims within a TPA or insurance environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with a proactive attitude.
