Supermarket Assistant – Nights

About the role
As a Supermarket Assistant on the night shift you will help deliver the Waitrose experience to customers, ensuring shelves are stocked and online orders are ready for delivery. You will also receive a night premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish stock to keep shelves full and products correctly placed.
- Prepare online customer orders for driver delivery.
- Reduce waste by applying markdowns to items nearing their sell‑by dates.
- Support the wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect and on‑demand orders.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.

- Night premium of £3.75 per hour on top of the base rate.
