About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function across internal manufacturing sites and third‑party production partners, ensuring material availability, production continuity and customer service excellence. Own the master production schedule, translating demand forecasts into effective production, inventory and materials plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across internal sites and third‑party partners.
• Ensure material availability, production continuity and high customer service standards.
• Own the master production schedule, converting demand forecasts into production, inventory and materials plans.
• Manage the SIOP/S&OP process, providing data‑driven insight for operational and financial decisions.
• Drive planning accuracy, system optimisation and reporting capability.
• Develop and lead the Supply Chain and Order Management team.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, inventory and supply chain processes.

Required profile

• Proven supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling and materials management.
• Analytical capability to build reports, interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
• Experience managing supplier and third‑party manufacturing relationships, ideally across international supply chains.
• Proactive, practical leader comfortable at senior leadership level and day‑to‑day operational detail.
