Swedish-speaking Customer Service Associate – Remote (Amazon)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Swedish‑speaking Customer Service Associate to work remotely from a UK home address. This permanent, full‑time position involves providing exceptional support to customers in Sweden via phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Swedish customers, handling inquiries about orders, products, payments and website navigation.
• Communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, using Amazon’s tools to research, resolve and document solutions.
• Work variable shifts—including early, late, weekend and holiday hours—to match customer demand.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free workspace equipped with a dedicated desk, chair and wired Ethernet connection.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 and the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Experience using a computer and basic office applications.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 6 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
• Commitment to an initial 8‑9 week paid training period.
• Quiet home office with a minimum 50 Mbps wired broadband connection.
