Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the key point of contact for our customers – managing accounts, processing orders, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer orders accurately.
• Communicate order and fulfillment issues to field sales and customers.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery, resolving billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Teams, Sales Operations, Pricing & Master Data, and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate information.
• Identify and suggest process improvements and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
• Provide daily phone support and maintain voice communication activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK and able to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Salesforce.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, MS 365 and Teams.
