About the role
Lifeplus is looking for a Swiss Customer Care Administrator to be the first point of contact for our global network of customers. You will deliver high‑quality service, build lasting relationships, and ensure smooth order processing while representing the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer queries via phone and the Lifeplus Puzzel ticketing system, adhering to service level agreements.
- Make outbound calls when needed to resolve issues and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Develop proactive relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company structure, product portfolio, and internal processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Care.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German or Swiss German.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive, resilient, adaptable and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Lifeplus Puzzel ticket management software.
- General IT competence for handling phone and computer‑based tasks.
