Talent Acquisition Advisor – Legal (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to find a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will own the end‑to‑end hiring journey for legal professionals across the UK and EMEA. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, the role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract offering up to £45,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute innovative attraction and sourcing plans, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networks and databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future legal hiring needs.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive candidate experiences and support fair selection processes.
• Provide salary guidance and market data, and continuously improve recruitment tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong direct sourcing and market‑mapping capabilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for insight‑led hiring.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
