Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle for eight Hyatt hotels in London. You will work closely with hotel HR teams, hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, assess and hire top talent across a variety of hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment for 8 Hyatt hotels, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer support.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Post and manage job adverts on internal and external platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct pre‑screening interviews via phone and video, delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure smooth processes for candidates and stakeholders.
• Utilise proactive sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and talent mapping.
• Stay updated on recruitment technology, market trends and digital sourcing methods.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel across London and attend recruitment fairs, networking events and college/alumni activities.
